JCCA Membership
Welcome to the Japanese Chin Club of America — we welcome new Chin owners as well as those who have been breeding and showing Chin for many years.
We are deeply committed to protecting and improving Japanese Chin in the United States. Our responsibility is to promote the health, temperament, conformation and soundness of the Japanese Chin. Our members are dedicated to responsible breeding and ownership of Japanese Chin. We advance and protect the interests of our breed through events like Meet the Breed at dog shows, education, health research and Japanese Chin rescue.
JCCA members benefit from access to our Health Committee and articles about Chin-related health issues, Regional and National Specialty information, Breed Mentors, Breeder Referral, and quarterly issues of Chin Chatter. As a member of JCCA, you have the opportunity to meet people who share a love of Japanese Chin and who have a wealth of experience showing their dogs in conformation and performance events as well as breeding.
As a member of JCCA, we welcome your involvement on our Committees and rely on the help of membership to make our Specialties memorable and fun.
JCCA offers full membership to all persons 18 years of age and older who, at the time of admission to the club, are owners of record of at least one Japanese Chin, or are family members of a Japanese Chin owner. Prospective members should be in good standing with the AKC and should subscribe to the purposes of this Club.
We offer several membership levels:
